Not today, as I’ve thought more about this topic to distill the issue in my mind about what it is that causes us to react with such acrimony over poor design and construction in this country. I’ve been practicing architecture for 25 years (actually closer to 26 now). I started a YAF (young architects forum) and am no longer a “young” architect by that standard. Next year I’ll turn 50 years old and am told that is when things begin. I can’t wait…I think. Continue reading “then and now”
